Designed for people who strive to show their best selves in all aspects of life, Stella McCartney’s Autumn 2022 collection reflects dynamic moods and ageless attitudes.

The collection brings primary staples into the now, and enhances them with colorful and sustainable twists. With 151 pieces, the palette is largely presented in dark, classic autumn colors while offering space for saturated bursts of color. Most importantly, eco-friendly materials like sustainable viscose, organic cotton, and recycled polyester are used to craft several pieces.

Stand out statement pieces include long, lean, masculine blazers inspired by John Lennon’s 1970s suiting, thigh-length traceable wool jackets with oversized fur-free shearling collars, and cozy knitwear sweater dresses. The collection also comprises evening wear—tuxedo tailoring with pin-striped diamonds, satin dresses with diamanté wave patterns, crystal chokers on forest-friendly viscose halter dresses, and sleeveless crepe tops. Asymmetric sablé gowns offer refreshed glamor, featuring diagonal diamond bands, lustrous Grecian one-shoulder silhouettes, and the iconic Frayme chain. 

The autumn assemblage also comes with accessories like the iconic Falabella energizing evening glamor across velvet baguette styles, glittering shoulder bags and crystal mesh. The season’s statement piece is the Frayme bag, which is also revisited as a tiny hobo style in velvet and sequins as well as monogrammed crossbody, satchel, and tote editions made from recycled materials. 

The collection is created with 72% responsible materials. As expected, the collection is free from leather, feathers, and fur, and features forest-friendly viscose, organic cotton, recycled nylon, recycled polyester, Refibra™️ fibers generated from textile waste, regenerated cashmere, regenerative Nativa wool, and RWS and ZQ wool from traceable sources.
