The second film adaptation of the iconic musical directed by Steven Spielberg is finally coming to your TV screens at home so you can snap along to the gang rivalry of the Jets and Sharks. Caught in between the gangs in Romeo-and-Juliet fashion are Tony and Maria who fall madly in love with each other. Their love is either going to be a catalyst for peace or war between the two sides.
Premieres on HBO Go on March 3
Executive produced by the hilarious Taika Waititi, the comedy series is loosely based on the true story of Stede Bonnet, who dubbed himself “The Gentleman Pirate”. He tries to earn the trust and respect of the crew of his ship, but his lack of seafaring knowledge, as well as an encounter with the infamous Blackbeard (played by Waititi), may make that a little challenging.

Oscar Isaac finally joins the MCU as Marc Spector, a man with dissociative identity disorder who suddenly finds himself transformed as the titular character in the service of Khonshu, the Egyptian god of the moon. But with great power comes great villains because a cult leader, played by Ethan Hawke, sees Spector as a threat to his mission.

You could argue that Ryan Reynolds just plays a version of himself in every movie he’s ever been in, but we’re not complaining. His new Netflix film, directed by Stranger Things and Free Guy director Shawn Levi, Reynolds goes back to the past to ask for help from his younger self.

Based on true events, the miniseries follows WeWork founders Adam and Rebekah Neumann, played by Jared Leto and Anne Hathaway, and their downfall. If drama stemming from narcissistic tendencies is your cup of tea, you shouldn’t miss this.

Regé-Jean Page is not in the second season—which means no steamy Simon and Daphne scenes—but it seems that Lady Whistledown has more juicy gossip to share in this alternate version of Regency-era London. In fact, there’s so much gossip that the show has been renewed all the way until Season 4. Guess we’ll have to see what the Lady has in store.
