Teleport to Japan with ‘The Taste of Spring at Shintaro’ at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Crafted by Shintaro’s new Head Chef Tomoaki Taki, the ‘Sakura Bloom’ degustation menu is inspired by five stages of cherry blossoms.
Reflecting the image of vibrant, blooming sakura trees, the menu is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, transporting guests to the delightful gardens of Japan during spring. The talented chef aims to reimagine the cherry blossom cycle as a culinary experience by highlighting Japan’s unofficial national flower.
If you’ve been missing Japan, you can enjoy a gratifying Japanese experience with five exquisite courses. The culinary delicacy includes a truffle-infused red shrimp carpaccio with sakura salmon roe, bonito and yellow tail soup with mitsuba leaves and sakura essence, vibrant yuzu-infused red snapper with pickled lily bulb, premium sushi selection made with sakura rice, and a delicate sakura milk pudding.
The experience starts from 250++ baht net and is available from February 17th until March 31st at Shintaro, Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. For more information or to make a reservation, visit anantara.com or call 02 126 8866.
