Crafted by Chef Pornticha “Ploy” Jansavang—of Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO)—the dish comprises of rice soaked in floral water with appetising companions of nine marvellously-prepared condiments such as bell peppers stuffed with shrimp and pork, fried shrimp paste balls, stir-fried sweet spotted eagle ray, fried salted egg, and more.
Available throughout the month of April at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO) for dining at the restaurant and takeaway at 850 baht net per set from 11am–3pm. In addition, JW Café will serve Khao Chae on the buffet for a limited time.
