Shintaro Chef de Cuisine Tomoaki Taki is presenting a brand new a la carte menu that pays tribute to recipes and ingredients synonymous with summertime in Japan. Continuing his popular quarterly promotions inspired by the four seasons, guests can enjoy his delectable seafood-centric creations on their own or paired with premium sake to savour the essence of Japanese summer.

If you love candles and always have a few lit in your home, this workshop is made for you. Create your own scented organic soy wax sachet bars & candles for just 650 baht per person.
