Praew Kawita Vatanajyankur

          Kawita Vatanajyankur (Praew), together with Cyrus James Khan (3D artist), Pahparn Sirima, and Pat Pataranutaporn (AI technologist from MIT Media Lab), created Interactive Virtual Reality Art as part of the VOIDSCAPE exhibition during the Bangkok Art Biennale (BAB) 2022. This exhibition raised awareness of societal problems and foster sustainable change. Through VR technology, it provides an interactive experience that simulates the future, encouraging introspection about humanity, the environment, and the impact of capitalism and mass production.

And Wild So Serious to show the artworks for people who use Phahon Yothin MRT Station while augmented reality technology is also used to allow people to play with art.

He also owns one of the world’s most successful NFT projects, Ape Kids Club, a generative art collection featuring 9,999 little monkeys inspired by the Bored Ape Yacht Club, one of the world’s most valuable NFTs. This project merges the concept with a charming children’s story, capturing immense trading value of as much as 1 billion baht.

          Interactive Flower Experience by 27 June Studio uses Augmented Reality technology to present new virtual interactions occurring in real spaces of Pak Khlong Talat, with an aim to experiment with new perspectives on the neighbourhood. There are two projects. One is located under Phra Pokklao Bridge, in Phra Pokklao Park. The other is a projection mapping on the facade of the First Post Office Monument.

Utilising digital technology, TeamLab creates immersive works that allow visitors to participate and become part of the artwork spaces. TeamLab exhibitions have been held in various cities worldwide, including New York, London, Paris, Singapore, Silicon Valley, Beijing, and Melbourne.
