Drawing inspiration from his American heritage and the seasonal bounty of his surroundings, he achieved a Michelin star before turning 30. Chef Kostow has made a significant impact in the culinary world through his work at The Restaurant at Meadowood, The Charter Oak, Ensue, Loveski, and his latest venture, Ciccio. During his stay at Siri Sala, Chef Kostow will infuse Bangkok Noi with his signature style, using the villa’s kitchens as his creative canvas.
