Born in Udine, Italy, Chef Colautti’s passion for cooking stems from his upbringing and deep respect for Italian cuisine. For him, cooking is an art, a passion, a love affair with flavours, a disciplined craft, a journey of learning and a noble act of teaching—the philosophies he lives by. 

The restaurant’s concept, Cucina di Mamma Mia, pays tribute to Colautti’s mother, celebrating the warmth and nostalgia of traditional home-cooked meals. This approach is also reflected in its cosy and inviting ambience designed to make every guest feel at home—a special place to create cherished memories.

À la carte options feature dishes that highlight the best of Chef Colautti’s expertise and heritage. Highlights include mamma’s homemade baked eggplant with mozzarella, seafood risotto, mortadella pistachio pizza, and pistachio panna cotta. And of course, the chef’s famed Romana-style pizzas. Each dish is a nostalgic memory from the chef’s childhood, where he and his siblings would play and dance in the kitchen while their mother cooked. These offerings are a true reflection of his cultural heritage, celebrating his deep passion for Italian cuisine. 

Set Lunch Menu: A Taste of Italy in Every Bite

The restaurant now offers a set lunch menu, served daily from 12pm-3pm, each crafted by Chef Colautti to showcase the best of traditional Italian cuisine in a single set. Begin your meal with creamy burrata, cherry tomatoes and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. For pasta lovers, savour the comforting flavours of tagliatelle paired with a rich, mamma-style braised Bolognese sauce. Pizza diavola topped with spicy Italian salami and rucola also offers a taste of tradition. End your meal on a sweet note with the classic tiramisu with amaretto liqueur or the refreshing lemon cheesecake with strawberry sorbet. Guests can choose from a two-course menu for THB 490++ or a three-course menu for THB 590++.
