River City Bangkok presents “Who’s Cutting Onions,” the debut solo exhibition by Tum Ulit, an artist, cartoonist, and storyteller who depicts loneliness, sorrow, and deep emotions through his poignant illustrations. It signifies times when we wish to hide the true reasons behind our tears because they are too painful to face. In these vulnerable moments, we make light-hearted excuses, pretending our tears are caused by imaginary onions rather than the sadness we feel inside.
