Fei Ya, which translates to “Flying Duck”, is considered one of the best restaurants serving Cantonese cuisine in Bangkok. While their dim sum selection is noteworthy, the restaurant’s highlight is their lean, crispy and juicy Peking duck. Invented by chef Leung Shing Hoi, the duck is dried up with various herbs for two to three days before being roasted with aromatic lychee wood until the skin becomes crispy. The restaurant also has a selection of up to 30 teas.
