Under the theme of “The Art of Ageing Well”, The Peninsula Bangkok is hosting another three-day urban retreat celebrating some of the most important aspects of life—health, well-being, and vitality. Taking place on October 28-30, guests will be able to experience a variety of wellness activities, ranging from workout classes to culinary workshops, to enhance our overall health, inside and out.
Here’s the full schedule of The Peninsula Bangkok’s upcoming Wellness Festival:
2022 Wellness Festival Schedule
Guests can select a combo of experiences to cover various wellbeing needs including physical exercise, mind nourishment, and dietary balance. Each activity is guided by an esteemed pracitioner in the field, for example MMA fighter Rika Ishige will be leading the MMA workout session while yogi Kerstin Wild will be guiding participants in kundalini yoga and sound meditation.
There will also be a celebratory cocktail event midway through the festival on Saturday night for those who want to let loose.

If you’re interested in joining the festivities two days in a row and don’t want to commute, then you might be thrilled to hear that the Peninsula is offering an attractive staycation promotion: The 2022 Wellness Festival Stay Package—a one-night stay in a Deluxe room, priced at 15,100 baht net for two that includes breakfast, lunch, and two-day festival passes for two. The Wellness Festival Stay Package also offers flexible check-in and check-out times.
Otherwise, entry to the Wellness Festival is priced at:
600 baht per session
1,500 baht for three sessions per day
2,500 baht for a three-day pass (pre-select three sessions per day and other sessions will depend on availability)
For an additional 600 baht net per person, guests can experience the Healthy Set Lunch at the River Café and Terrace.
