The menu presents authentic Vietnamese cuisine with a variety of textures, exuding fragrant aromas and carefully composed presentations. Deep fried polly tofu is a light appetiser, with firmly textured fresh tofu served warm with piquant spring onions braised in a pungent fish sauce. Saigonese grilled pork rolls serves generous rice noodles with a distinctive homemade grilled pork sausage, garden salad and silky soft vermicelli noodles; cucumber and green mango slices add crunch. The dipping sauce arrives with diced peanuts on the side, soaking into the roll’s ingredients and forming a complex sweet, hot and sour ensemble. Pho is the traditional Vietnamese noodle soup, and Miss Saigon’s Thai wagyu version is a signature dish with reason. Bringing together an abundance of fresh basil and coriander, the hearty bowl includes crispy garlic, spring onions, rice noodles and succulent slices of grass-fed local Thai wagyu. The broth is perfectly balanced, careful not to outdo the rich tastes of each of its components.
