The statement bold red exterior suggests you’ve arrived at something unique, with a sophisticated yet relaxing charm and staff that are knowledgeable and friendly. The menu offers diverse creations across a medley of meat, seafood, pasta and Thai noodle dishes. Signature Isan salmon with crispy panipuri is a delight. Five bite-sized shells appear in a line-up of palate shots. Marinated spiced salmon, roe, lime and lemongrass is an adventurous and fun finger-food starter. Massaman beef cheeks come slow-cooked and deep with flavour in this powerful Thai curry. Pickled doi kham plays off soft, tender meat, along with Laos-style grilled sticky rice. Seafood fanatics can select the elegant duo of akami tuna and Hokkaido scallop. The delicately cooked tuna, rolled with black sesame seeds and taut meaty scallops, are accompanied by sautéed spinach and a fluffy slice of focaccia to soak up a fine miso chilli reduction. Desserts include sticky toffee pudding, and crème brûlée given a local twist of smoked coconut, served in the husk and complimented with fresh passion fruit and biscuit crumb.
