The delicate dish is finished off with Oscietra caviar for a luxurious touch. Choose an appetiser of Miyazaki wagyu carpaccio, drizzled with aged balsamic, a worthy signature dish. For pasta enthusiasts, agnolotti filled with creamy Hokkaido pumpkin pesto and fresh ricotta offers an earthy and comforting dish, elevated with crunchy toasted pistachios and crispy sage leaves.
