La Marina at Embassy Room: A Taste of Southern Italian Seafood at Park Hyatt Bangkok

La Marina at Park Hyatt Bangkok is bringing a fresh take on Italian seafood, offering diners a chance to experience the honest flavours of Southern Italy in a way that feels both authentic and effortless. Drawing inspiration from the coastal regions of Campania, Puglia, Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, the restaurant keeps its approach refreshingly simple, focusing on the freshest ingredients, traditional recipes passed down through generations and a dedication to quality that prioritises substance over spectacle.

Leading the kitchen is Chef Daniele Ferrari, a passionate chef whose love for Italian cuisine is deeply personal, shaped by the summers he spent along Italy’s southern coast as a child. His culinary journey has taken him through some of the world’s most renowned restaurants including Bulgari Hotel Beijing, Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Now at La Marina he brings that expertise to life by creating dishes that are rooted in real flavours, classic techniques and a true appreciation for Italian coastal cuisine.

The menu is simple yet exceptional, offering a selection of dishes that highlight the flavours of the sea from delicate amberjack carpaccio with bright citrus dressing to Sicilian red tuna tartare, rich and comforting Sicilian seafood stew and handmade potato ravioli filled with Canadian lobster and sweet red prawns. Every pasta is made in-house, every pizza is baked in a wood-fired oven and the Aperitivo menu—featuring crafted cocktails including the Spritz, Negroni and creative twists on the Italian Martini—sets the stage for a meal that begins with a balanced drink.

The restaurant’s design reflects its culinary philosophy with a space that feels warm, relaxed and elegant, where an open kitchen allows guests to watch the chefs at work.

La Marina is open daily from 12pm – 3pm and 5:30pm-10:30pm. For reservations, call +66 (0) 2011 7431or email embassyroom.bkk@hyatt.com.
