Thailand’s Favourite Restaurants, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), introduces season 2 of “Culinary Gems of Thailand”, with six new episodes hosted by Natalie Phanphensophon and Nigel Oakins that venture into the daily lives of Thailand’s most acclaimed chefs as they prepare food for their guests, from market to table.

          In this episode, Natalie and Nigel had a conversation with the chef who likes to make everyone happy with his food and services, Chef Bus Pramkamon Suantong, head chef of Kiti Panit. With the background of working with the awarded-guaranteed restaurant that serves authentic Thai food, Chef Bus brings his expertise to the 130–year–old mansion in Chiang Mai where he presents authentic Northern Thai Lanna food. His dedication to source the finest ingredients is evident as he goes to the local market for each element by himself. Chef Bus keeps things simple, adding his own touch while maintaining the true essence of flavour.
