Chef Christopher Kostow, an internationally renowned chef, is known for his thoughtful and personalised cooking style. Drawing inspiration from his American heritage and the seasonal bounty of his surroundings, he achieved a Michelin star before turning 30. Chef Kostow has made a significant impact in the culinary world through his work at The Restaurant at Meadowood, The Charter Oak, Ensue, Loveski, and his latest venture, Ciccio. During his stay at Siri Sala, Chef Kostow will infuse Bangkok Noi with his signature style, using the villa's kitchens as his creative canvas. 

In the holiday spirit, the theme for this event is 'Happy Holidays.' Siri Sala is committed to sharing the joy of the season with the wider community. Guests will have the chance to make a difference by fulfilling wishes from various foundations SATI (healthcare & education), Na Projects (refugees), Music For Life (at-risk inner city youth), and local organisations a khon dance school and a temple.
