Get Ready for More Chilling Tales: Black Mirror Season 6 Returns This June

The show has been praised for its unparalleled storytelling that delves into the twisted relationship between humanity and technology

After four years on halt, the British sci-fi anthology television series Black Mirror is finally making a comeback for season six this June.

Created by Charlie Brooker, the award-winning series consists of standalone episodes, each presenting a different scenario mostly set in a dystopian world where technology innovation has advanced to the point where it affects every aspect of humanity. Having won several awards, including four Primetime Emmies, Black Mirror has been widely acclaimed for its thought-provoking storytelling where it explores the consequences of these technological advances, the potential dangers, and its ability to spark conversations about the impact of technology on society.

According to Netflixviewers can expect the renewed season to be “the most unpredictable, unclassifiable, and unexpected yet”. This season will have more episodes than previous.

Brooker has expressed his thoughts on the upcoming season on Netflix Tudum, “I can’t wait for people to binge their way through it all and hope they enjoy it—especially the bits they shouldn’t.” He added, “The stories are all still tonally Black Mirror through-and-through, but with some crazy swings and more variety than ever before.”
