Guns N’ Roses Brings ‘November Rain’ to Bangkok

The City of Angels is about to get a welcome to the jungle

Almost 20 concerts have been announced for Bangkok, but another one has just been unveiled. Promoter IMC Live Global has officially announced that the legendary American rock band Guns N’ Roses will take the stage in Bangkok for a one-night-only concert on November 9 at the 15,000-seat Thunderdome Stadium in Muang Thong Thani.

It has been five years since the Los Angeles-based band performed in the Thai capital after their reunion with the Not in This Lifetime tour in 2017, making this their second live performance here in Bangkok. The band has announced a total of two concerts in Southeast Asia, Bangkok and Singapore, and will also be touring Australia and New Zealand. The upcoming return is likely to see icon Axl Rose take the stage with fellow legends Slash and Duff McKagan joined by Richard Fortus on rhythm guitar, Frank Ferrer on drums, Dizzy Reed, and Melissa Reese, both on keys.

Having sold more than 100 million records worldwide, the bad boys of rock have fired up countless stages and headlined festivals around the world. Their 1987 debut album Appetite for Destruction not only dominated the charts in the 90’s but also defined an unsurpassed era of rock. Some of their top singles on the album include Sweet Child O’Mine, Paradise City, and Welcome to the Jungle.

Free-standing tickets are priced at 5,500 and 7,000 baht while reserved seating is priced at 4,000, 5,000, 6,000, and 6,500 baht.
