The Italian Villa from House of Gucci is Now on Airbnb

A once-in-a-lifetime Gucci getaway

Fans of the highly-anticipated Ridley Scott-directed House of Gucci will now have the opportunity to stay at the actual six-bedroom, six-bathroom villa used in the film. The iconic Italian Villa is now available on Airbnb.

One of Italy’s most sought-after luxury destinations, Villa Balbiano is situated on the western shore of Lake Como. The house is depicted in the film as the home of patriarch Aldo Gucci, played by Al Pacino, who is the Gucci chairman and eldest son of the house’s founder, Guccio Gucci. The majestic 18th-century palazzo features six extravagant suites designed by acclaimed French interior decorator Jacques Garcia.

From the villa, you’ll encounter breathtaking views and experience lavish surroundings of elegant luxury with “the finest objets d'art and furniture of past centuries" and "spectacular 17th century frescoes painted by the Recchi brothers and Agostino Silva,” per Airbnb. Not to mention the “sumptuous garden” where Maurizio Gucci and Patrizia Reggiani reconnected with the rest of the Guccis.

For $1,128 per night (38,070 baht), you can live lavishly while enjoying heart-stopping views and the grandeur of ’90s Italian opulence. With its eminent past and striking charm, a night at Villa Balbiano will surely be one to remember.
