Romance your favorite person in a beautiful setting with the “Will You Be My Valentine?” menu, available on February 14th at award-winning La Bottega di Luca. The set includes appetizing dishes such as seared sea scallop and foie gras served with apple sauce, red onion confit, and Jerusalem artichoke chips, or the parmesan “explosion” ravioli served with winter black truffle, thyme, and pumpkin sauce. The special menu ends on a high note, with a warm with Valrhona Guanaja 70% chocolate lava paired with raspberry ice cream.

Mia Restaurant is inviting lovebirds with a premium Valentine’s lunch or dinner menu from the 12th to 14th of February. With seven exclusive tables at The St. Regis Bar, guests will encounter a live saxophonist and pianist who will set the tone for a flawless evening. The five-course experience will be available on February 14th from 6-10pm. The dinner starts with crabmeat, confit fancy tomatoes and green apple gel, followed by a lobster bisque soup served with lobster claw. A handcrafted smoked hamachi, sea urchin and caviar with citrus sauce guides diners to the main course, a seared a5 wagyu tenderloin grilled to perfection. Closing off the evening, a yuzu curd, strawberry compress, rose diplomat, and coconut sable with raspberry sorbet ticks all the sweet boxes. Couples will also receive a teddy bear, box of chocolates, and a special gift from Penfolds.

This fine dining experience showcases Igniv’s unique flavor and texture combinations, such as papaya chili lobster, yogurt espuma with cashew ice and kristal caviar, and langoustine nage curry—as well as superb mains like lamb loin with black garlic and basil, and white asparagus with truffle and lemon. Available on February 14th from 12-3pm and 5-11pm for both lunch and dinner.
