Koko, a Chevening scholar with an MA in Gender Studies from SOAS, University of London, has chosen to focus on corporate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the private sector, which she views as a powerful arena for driving societal and legislative changes, leveraging its speed of transformation and economic influence. In her current role, she not only leads communication efforts but also serves as a trailblazer for the DE&I roadmap, aligning with the company's mission to serve smallholder farmers worldwide. Despite her humble background as a trans individual from Isan, and the primary provider for her family, Koko is proud that she has emerged as a key opinion leader within the gender movement, particularly advocating for trans women in Thailand. Koko began her career in a global think tank, contributing to policy communication on inequality and education in the Isan region. At foodpanda Thailand, Koko pioneered the introduction of the company's first-ever DE&I program and played a pivotal role in establishing a groundbreaking gender reaffirmation policy in Thailand. The film "Legally Blonde" inspires her for its challenge to stereotypes. Koko enjoys beach volleyball, taekwondo, and jazz to unwind from her impactful work.
