Nayada, an outstanding figure in the transgender community, established BeWise Academy as a leading tutorial school in Thailand, aiming to address the need for restructuring the country's education system. Despite facing discrimination for her sexuality within her conservative military family, Nayada's resilience shone through. She not only graduated with a master's degree in education from the University of Exeter but also channeled her passion for teaching into creating BeWise Academy. The academy goes beyond conventional tutoring to provide opportunities for students to enter higher education, study abroad, and pursue various vocations. Nayada recognises the necessity for a shift in the traditional schooling system, moving away from rote learning methods. She advocates for schools to become environments where students can learn how to ask questions and effectively use AI technology as a learning tool. With six branches across the country, BeWise also collaborates with TransTalent Consulting Group and Sasin School of Management to empower transgender individuals to realize their potential as business entrepreneurs. Nayada's journey exemplifies resilience, determination, and a commitment to transforming education for the better.
