He has been involved in the implementation of digital disease detection in Thailand and Southeast Asia since 2009, covering both human and animal health including Sicksense, SEA’s first digital disease detection platform. Opendream is a social enterprise set up in 2007 to use digital technology to bring about sustainable change in areas of health, education and livelihood. It features apps developed by the team such as DoctorMe, Thailand’s first personal health care mobile application; LoveNotYet, Thailand’s first sex education mobile game; Corrupt, the first visual novel for anti-corruption; and Judies, a comprehensive sex education game. He also collaborates with other organisations including Google, Oxfam GB, Skoll Global Threats Fund to create synergy to drive sustainable impacts. As a student, he won the Trinity Challenge Grand Prize for his innovative Participatory Onehealth Disease Detection (PODD) project to equip farmers to become “disease detectives” and contribute to the fight against future pandemics.
