AlterVim is a new renewable energy company under the CP Group banner. As CEO, he is responsible for the company’s growth strategy with the aspiration to be one of the leading renewable players in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Rooftop solar projects, infrastructure and services are his current focus, using future energy technologies and business models such as EV chargers. He has been in the clean energy industry for over 15 years, having conducted the greenfield development and investment of over 1,000MW capacity of solar, wind, floating solar, rooftop solar, biomass fuel all around the Asia-Pacific region. He is proud of revamping the solar business in Thailand from outright “sale” to a “one-stop service”, a challenge that required getting the government units on board. His latest challenge is becoming a new father. Though not yet 40, he feels under pressure to impact the next generation with his projects, including retail solar business that allow households to access clean energy at affordable prices, and to create an energy infrastructure and ecosystem to support sustainable development and quality of life. Chinese novels and history are his sources of inspiration.
