Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, a renowned figure in Thai cuisine, applies her Peranakan roots to add complexity and depth to traditional Thai flavours and deliver a truly distinctive and delightful experience. The extensive menu is a masterful blend of Thai classics and innovative creations. The pink pomelo salad and prawn cake starter combine refreshing piquant pomelo with savoury prawn for a balanced appetiser that excites the palate. Signature massaman free-range, organic grass-fed lamb curry is characterised by mild, yet rich complex flavours. While hot Phuketian mangrove crab curry is a vibrant presentation that features fresh, meaty, succulent crab cooked in a sauce that blends Thai spices, coconut milk, turmeric, and other aromatic herbs, providing a creamy and slightly sweet taste with a hint of heat. For dessert, try the specially imported “70% Callebaut” chocolate mousse, from Belgium where Chef Nooror’s culinary career began.
