A warm bread basket, precedes a variety of bruschetta, including either San Marzano tomatoes or spicy Italian sausage. Tabisca, is a typical Sicilian hybrid pizza, uniquely crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Topped with a delicious combination of mushrooms, black truffle, and burrata cheese, this is perfect for sharing. The durum wheat flour pizza dough is left to ferment for at least 48 hours, ensuring an ideal balance of flavour and texture. Next a pasta; choose from several options and then add your favourite sauce, aglio e olio, Bolognese, or a house specialty of carbonara. Continue with grilled jumbo prawns, succulent and slightly charred, bathed in garlic, lemon, olive oil, and parsley, on a buttery bed of spinach. Desserts offer traditional options, including a perfectly wobbly panna cotta with mixed berries in red wine sauce or a rich tiramisu with layers of mascarpone on a bed of ladyfingers soaked in espresso coffee and drizzled with brandy.
