Set sail on a Chao Phraya River dinner cruise, embarking at Pier 2 ICONSIAM Bangkok. Enjoy a four-course dining experience while cruising along the river after being welcomed upon boarding and shown to seats on the open-top cruise. From the bar area, one may enjoy the stunning night views of Bangkok; vibrant city colours come alive, with illuminated temples and riverside restaurants forming a backdrop against the night sky. Once settled on the lower deck, the meal begins with an appetiser of grilled squid stuffed with minced chicken, accompanied by chilli coriander sauce adding a zesty kick. Alongside is Siam pomelo with soft shell crab salad drizzled with tamarind dressing. The addition of the crab delivers a delightful crunch. Next up is steamed rice dumplings with tiger prawns in spicy tom yum. The main course follows with a generous portion of wok-tossed Australian beef tenderloin and Thai basil sauce and grilled salmon in a rich Panang curry, served with sautéed young palm heart and jasmine rice. For dessert, Thai pandan almond crème brûlée is an excellent choice. Alternatively, melting coconut cookies add a crunchy contrast and fresh mango tapioca pudding, served with a scoop of coconut ice cream, offers a delicate creamy sweetness and the perfect end to your dining adventure.
