Review

25 Degrees has been a stalwart of the Bangkok burger scene for many years now. This American diner in the hip Pullman Bangkok on Silom is open 24/7. The furnishings are on-theme with simple wooden tables, comfortable seating and a bar counter, for those who prefer that authentic feel. The menu rarely changes, and for good reason. The formula of a choice of premium patty, be it ground USA sirloin, yellowfin tuna, Kurobuta pork, turkey, vegetarian and plant-based, followed by a build your own section, selecting your favoured accompaniments from an extensive list is a recipe for success. The list of cheeses is mind-bending, extras and sauces, equally so. There is also an option to upgrade your bun, to keto or black brioche.

Whilst creating your own bespoke burger is always fun, a go to for many 25 Degree regulars is the restaurant's original combos, maintaining the uncomplicated theme, by numbering; the number five of a 200g patty, pastrami, emmi gruyere cheese, fried onion rings and thousand island dressing is allegedly the insider favourite. Sides include curly, American, or sweet potato fries and onion rings, with the recommended option of combining two. Desserts include cheesecake, waffles and pancakes. The drinks, focus on milk shakes and floats with a short wine list.

A sometime feature of hamburger patty, bacon, cheddar cheese and bearnaise, blanketed in red wine sauce with Rittenhouse whisky is unmissable.
