Yui Jantanarak is a pioneer and visionary in EdTech startups. Since
founding StormBreaker Venture as the first Education Technology
Incubator in Thailand in 2018, her organisation has invested in
and incubated 14 EdTech startups and other education social
ventures as well as provided intensive mentorship, bootcamps,
business development, and a funding runway for them. Three of
these EdTech startups won the top 50 EdTech startups in ASEAN.
Yui’s energy and motivation comes from the realisation that she
can tangibly impact hundreds of thousands of people. With a
strong passion in education, she has deepened her work with
the Equitable Education Fund to incubate social entrepreneurs to
tackle education inequality. Prior to this venture, Yui was a Thai
traditional medical doctor and researcher, having graduated with
a Master’s degree specialising in herbal medicine from Mahidol
University.
