Manager, Tij Justice Innovation Unit
Industry : Advocacy
Before joining the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ), Kanravee
had a stint at the renowned law firm Baker McKenzie and also
started her own firm giving free legal advice to social enterprises.
The law graduate from Chulalongkorn University went on to earn
two Masters degrees from Cambridge University and Stanford
University on the Cambridge-Thai Foundation and the Fulbright
scholarships respectively. She is proud of having introduced
design thinking for justice to Thailand, and setting up TIJ’s Justice
Innovation Unit, proving that innovative and collaborative solutions
towards people-centred justice are demanded and recognised.
She shares this vision with the younger generation through her
university course Rethinking Justice for Innovators. She is inspired
by Gaudi from whom she learned how to leverage the environment
in creating masterpieces. Through her work, Kanravee hopes to
amplify the voice of vulnerable people who face injustice. She
relaxes by swing dancing and playing with her cats.
